28+5 IIve had painful stabbing cramps all over my stomach for the past hour the pain comes and last for a couple seconds then they go when I get the pain it goes towards my lower back and I feel a tightening sensation on my stomach then the baby moves and it hurts even more..after the pain goes away my stomach and back feels sore has anyone felt this before? i never got it with my first (4 yrs ago) and I told my dr he said they were contractions and its normal to get up to 6 of them a day which I didnt know the first time I got this pain I was 20 weeks then it happened again like a month ago and today
