HELP!!

So I'm 8-9DPO and my boobs are sore and my nipples hurt too my bbt was 98.4 for three days in a row then yesterday was 98.6 and today was 98.9 so I'm hoping that I concieved does anyone else think I concieved and would it be too early for a vfp on a early result test??
