Help with ovulation please

So on Saturday I had a misscarage today is Wednesday and the pregnancy test is already back to negative this is a good sign my body is adjusting back to normal in order to conceive again right? Does anyone know if I will ovulate Inbetween my next period and now so soon after a misscarage or do o have to wait until I have a period and then ovulate to try again we don't want to wait around and want to be pregnant again asap hoping next time baby will be healthy💜💜
