Hand washing the floors

I just hand washed my floors, I am trying to get this baby to move down and turn over, she's facing my belly button. Any other tips? BTW my whole house doesn't have carpet, so I washed the upstairs floor, and been going up and down the stairs to do laundry. She just kicking away inside. Any tips will be greatly appreciated!
