Am i on track??

37 weeks and Im 1cm dialated and 50% effaced, is that normal for this many weeks?

There is no normal. Some are 0 at this time and deliver within a week. Some are 3 at this time and deliver a month later. There's no correlation between early dialating and labor.

I'm at 36 weeks, 2.5 cm dilated, 80% effaced, and baby is at station -2. But I could be like this for another month, or 3 days. There's no telling :(

I'm 37 weeks too, and I'm not at all dilated or effaced, and babies head isn't engaged in the slightest.. People can go from 0 to 10 in hours, and some can stay at 1cm for weeks on end.. I wouldn't use that to judge how long you have left, make the most of these last few weeks😆

At my 36w apt I was 1cm and 70%! I have my 37w apt on Friday, so I will keep in touch! I've been walking a ton! So I hope I'm further lol
