I noticed a pea sized lump on my vagina the other day but it wasnt sore. Today I checked to see if it was still there and now the lower other side is swollen and sore. I just came off antibiotics for my tooth and was treating thrush; this is how I came to notice. I've never had problem like this before! Do they go away themselves?
