Why???

Why do so many people allow the media outlets to tell them what to fear?

Pitbulls

Transgender bathrooms

Guns/ Gun control

Muslims/refugees

There's a double standard going on. How can someone sit there and say not all Pitbulls are bad (which I don't believe they are), it isn't their breed, not judging the dog by it's breed one day.. . Then, decide to fear other groups of religion and /or sexual orientation the next? I don't see logic in that. I see a contradiction. This may get reported and removed. I'm not sure if it's against community rules, wrong room, etc. I just want to know why some people are okay with not blaming one group as a whole, then, okay with judging another group by a whole?
