BBT and Wearing a Mouth Retainer
Hello Glow! Does anyone know if wearing a mouth retainer at night affects BBT? I wear a retainer most nights, but not always. When I take my BBT in the morning I take the retainer out prior to temping. Wondering if this will affect my temp reading, especially since I don't consistently wear it. Thoughts anyone? Much appreciated.
