do i look fat?

I feel fat... I'm 5"2 and I weigh 140 pounds. I had my son a year ago and I had him via c section. Ever since then I've struggled to lose my pooch. I was in a size 5 before pregnancy now I'm in a size 13 or 14. Hubby says I look fine but I feel fat and ugly all the time. Do I need to lose weight? I'm not fishing for compliments I'm just struggling with my body image.

Don't listen to those "products". I used to be 20 pounds heavier and ate whatever I wanted. Nobody would tell me that I was fat and I resent that, someone should have told me.

So yes, don't listen to these fat women who will probably be fat for the rest of their lives. You are at a weight that you could look perfect in a few months. Yes you could lose some weight. (Glow women, give me hate comments, I do not care.)

I was 5'3 and 150lbs. I felt the same way and my SO said I looked beautiful. I hated myself so I slowly started to eat whole plant based unprocessed foods. I also started doing hot yoga  alot (3x or more a week) I lost 40 lbs and I'm back to my high-school weight. 4 years later, I eat high nutrient food and have kept the weight off. It was never about a diet. I made it about eating healthy and substituting for better choices.
