AF due july 5th Anyone?

I've got a BFN 2 days ago because glow said i should get my period yesterday.. Not it's saying on the 5th. Nothing so far, no cramps, just 2 times i had a weird headache. My doctor said my iron is super low, anyone has any advice on that? Anyone got BFP with low iron?
