Rash/scar on linea negra... help? Not PUPPS

Ok so around week 33 or so i noticed that right under my belly button, directly down the linea negra one area of my belly was pretty hard. It feels like a scar, or skin tearing. I've gotten stretch marks, but it's not like this on the rest of my belly and it's not PUPPS or a rash. But it itches like crazy and it's getting worse. Doc seemed to think it was nothing. Anyone else ever had something like this?
