I'm 32 weeks pregnant and my doctor and I are both unable to find my cervix?!

Okay I need some help or advice ladies.. my doctor literally had to push her finger in as far as she could (and her knuckles hurt my hooha), just to find the TIP of my cervix! I can't find it either!! We just wanna know if I'm dilating... It's like it's disappeared. Help 😳
