Working moms!
What is a reasonable time frame to request off for maternity leave? I live in TX and when the employer has less than 15 employees, it's at the employers discretion. I was thinking 6 weeks but I only get a two week paid vacation :/ I'm hoping my insurance can supplement any additional time I take off.
