Help plz!!!!

So long story short.....

I went for my monthly appt today and mentioned I had a 3d scan for the gender. The midwife told me that it's still not accurate and to not buy anything yet. Me having had a boy already knows what a boy ultrasound looks like but now she has me 2nd guessing.

So my question is... does this look like a boy ultrasound or should I return everything I have bought? Thank u for the responses in advance.
