I had unprotected sex w/ a hot guy

I don't know much about him, just that he's a costumer of where I work at for many years and everybody else knows him. We started having sex last Sunday, I asked him to put a condom on even though he tried to put it in with no condom at some point. Monday we used condoms. Tuesday we didn't, I went down on him for a while and when I was laying down he just put it inside of me and I didn't stop him. It was so damn good. Of course he didn't cum inside of me, but even though I can't tell 100% I don't think he's got any STD. His penis looks just fine. (Beautiful if you ask me). I'm still a little afraid. Should I go get tested or what?
