What's different between this 3 Maternity Leave, EI, Parental Leave

Hi Mama's, I have been reading to understand what is the difference between maternity leave, the EI and Parental leave !! It's confusing i dnt understand are they 3 different options? And they ar paid by gov or company cuz i have no benefits with this small company 🙄 ? I can only choose one ? Or all 3 cuz im about to stop working at 28 weeks its been hard dor me n i wanna know what I should Apply for ?! Im from Canada Thank you Ladies
