Had my first appointment and ultrasound this morning. I was nervous since I miscarried in March of this year at 7w4d and today I am 8w1d. I was so nervous that there wouldn't be a heartbeat or there would be an empty sac. Well, my husband and I saw our baby and heard the beating heart. The heart rate averaged out to 175bpm which they said was really good and told us our baby is actually 1 day ahead of schedule. I thought it was pretty cool that they not only gave us a printout of three pictures, but also gave us a CD with all the pictures that we can bring back at each ultrasound and they will add more. So my due date is officially February 8, 2017! We are telling our parents this weekend and we are so excited. I actually shed a little tear when I saw and heard the heartbeat.
