I need some advice please, negativity or rudeness not welcome ! My BF (of 6 years) and I are having issues conceiving. We haven't visited a doctor but is trying to find other alternatives. I've heard about natural remedies for boosting your fertility rate/sperm count. Please can anyone point me in the right direction or offer advice on conceiving. Thanks 🤗
