Scared

So last night I had blood on my underwear bright red so I got worried instantly then I wiped and more blood went to the emergency room while waiting to get seen I went to the bathroom again and I was bleeding heavy but no clots ...I got seen all they did was blood work came back normal and ultrasound saw baby's heart beat thank God .I'm 6 weeks 5 days was sent home with pelvic rest I'm just praying its not a miscarriage in process anyone else experience something like this
