Anxiety and dating...
I'm just wondering how some girls handle having an SO who works in a dangerous or demanding field? My boyfriend is studying to be an EMT and I have pretty bad anxiety at times, so trying not to spend the entire 12-15 hours of his shifts worrying about his safety is incredibly hard. I've lost a lot of people throughout my life, and that's always hard to explain to people like my SO who has never lost someone close to him. I'm always stressing that he's not going to get home safe, or that he was in a car accident.
How do some of y'all cope with your anxiety in terms of your relationships??? It would be easier if my SO let me know he was safe more often, but he's very prone to putting his phone on silent and forgetting to check it.🙄
