Pospartum preeclamsia/hypertension??

I had my daughter on the 23rd at 37 weeks due to preeclamsia. Anyways yesterday i felt off so i checked my bp and it was 143/94. So i have been checking off and on all day and its staying high. I called my dr and will need to go in next week to have them check me out. Just wondering if anyone experianced still having high blood pressure after giving birth and what did your dr do about it? My normal is 119/78. It only went up at 31 weeks pregnant and then got officially diagnosed with pree at 34 weeks.
