Plan B Effect?

So I took Plan B a little over a month now. A week after that, i got my period. 3 days ago was supposed to be my first day. I had protected sex all throughout my cycle. Still, being the paranoid that i am, im panicked. Can this be still an effect of the Plan B! I know it messes up with your cycle. .
