Constipation?!?!?!?

I'm 18 weeks anyone else having constipation??!?!?!?  I having the feeling and the urge but as soon as I go to the restroom, nothing!!!! And I leave my stomach hurts and it's driving me crazy

Yes 12 weeks and I feel like death.
I just wanna poop normal 
But I can't really eat anything I'm still throwing up after every meal and have lost 20 lbs.
So I'm sure that plays a role
I get like no fiber

Omg, I had the worst constipation of my life this pregnancy, and am still having it and I'm 32+2. I have tried milk of magnesia, laxatives, 2 stool softeners with every meal... Nothing worked. I even tried a suppository once and it never came back out!!! Hahaha I know it's gross. Anyway, the only thing that made me go was hot wings... pretty ridiculous, I know. Also, I got hemmoroids,  which are the devil. I hope you don't get them. It was inevitable, but they don't hurt, just really gross. Good luck!

Almost 14wks and same issue nothing seems to help yet trying to avoid medicines

I drink a cup of prune juice And then two cups of water  in the morning. Then I do a couple sets of squats in the afternoon. I am on a medication that causes constipation and the Dr said this routine was best for the  problem. Good luck hope it gets better.

Yogurt helps me a lot. I just eat a couple of the yoplait cups every other day
