Even more confused !!!

I posted this morning and now I'm even MORE confused. I think I ovulated cycle day 13-14. I am on cycle day 20 now. Supposed to start July 10 of she comes. BUT this morning I took a opk just for the heck of it and it wa positive. Took another one ( digital) this afternoon and got a peak result. My cycle is usually 29-30 days. I'm worried. Does this mean I could have Lutuel phase defect ? I will say that I got positive opks earlier in my cycle too. Mentioned earlier but I heard this could be a symptom of pregnancy too. I thought It might be a fluke but now that I got that peak I'm really confused and worried about the whole Lutuel phase. Please help. We Bd so much during when I thought I was ovulating. Helpppp ladies
