How accurate is glow when it tells you how far along you are?

My first sonogram is next week and according to glow I am 7 weeks pregnant. How accurate is this?

Glow goes off the info u input which is from your last period. However an ultrasound will measure baby and may give you a different day because if you ovulated later after that last period, it would put your due date later or vice versa. Hope this makes sense.
