How to deal with miscarriage/early pregnancy loss?

I got my first ever bfp yesterday morning and by the night I was bleeding heavily and the hospital said I'm not pregnant any more. Couldn't have been more than 3 or 4 weeks along so atleast it was still early.  My fiancee and I have been trying for 2 years to have a baby due to my PCOS and it happened finally but it got taken away so soon. I got 4 good hours of pure joy before I started miscarrying. How do I deal with this? I feel so hopeless. 😥😥😥😥

I'm sorry to hear that your happiness was short lived. Last year in May I found out I was pregnant. One week later I went through heavy bleeding after sex and when I went to the doctor they said I had a miscarriage, there was no heartbeat. I felt like my whole world came down on me. I still think about it today. Like you said it was early but when u have been trying for so long it's the worst thing in the world. The way I started to see this was God knows what he's doing. And I now know that we can get pregnant we just have to keep trying. I'm 3 days late on my period and I hope there is a baby on its way. And if there isn't I trust that God will bless me soon. I know he has that day planned for you as well. Will be praying for you and all the women here who are looking to have that blessing.

I'm so sorry you are going through this. I had an early miscarriage 2 weeks ago. Give yourself time to grieve the loss. I try not to think of it now but it's hard. I wish I could say something that would actually help.

I  sorry to hear your lost. I too have pcos and tried to fall pregnant for 2 years. I found out i was pregnant during the 4th week and immediately had a miscarriage. I must be honest, I bleed for a week and took the qhole week off work. I was physical well after a few weeks but mentally shattered for 2 months. All I can say is take time to look after yourself. Cry when you need to and remember if you got pregnant once, you will again. I did after 2 months and now have a beautiful 2 month old boy.
