Help me please im very scared.

Hi i am a 16 year old girl. When i was about 12 years old, i began to notice odor coming from my vaginal discarge and my vulva. I get bumps on my outter lips on my vulva (labia majora) that itch and in every one in a while they can be painful. i have gotten one recently, and it was big enough to make it unconfortable to lay on my stomach or wear tight jeans. When i was younger i thought the odor,large amount of discharge,and itchy/painful bumps were just because of my bad hygiene . But even when i was 14 and began to shower every day, nothing changed. I dont use soap in my vagina. I also get a horrible musty smell coming from my anus, that can be much stronger than the smell coming from my vagina and comes back quicker. I also suffer from horrible menstrual problems,heavy bleeding,bleeding in between periods, horrible pain, nausea, throwing up, pain during bowel movements, and have even fainted once when my cramps got really bad. i think i have endometriosis. But im scared it could be something worse. Ive also always thought i had bacteria vaginosis, but itchy and painful lumps arent one of the symptoms. I have never had ANY type of sexual contact, but i still wonder if i have a STD although it isnt really possible for a virgin. I started taking Femdophilus, a probiotic, but sadly only helped with discharge and slighty helped my vaginal odor and the anal odor and painful bumps hasnt changed. Please help . Please tell me what you think i have and what i should do. edit: im going to see a gyno very soon, but can any one give me a heads up, what you might think im dealing with?
