PLEASE HELP

I lost my virginity not too long ago and since then ive been experiencing weird issues with my body. The day after I lost my virginity I think I got a yeast infection. I began to have much thicker discharge and it was more of a yellow-ish green color even though I washed myself before and after the intercourse. My pee also smelt different and it wasn't a very pleasing smell. Now 1-2 weeks later my vagina has began to get itchy and it sometimes hurts when I pee. Last night my labia was swollen and red and it hurt to sit and it was extremely itchy. I have also been getting cramps INSIDE my vagina. I know I should go to the doctor and I will be going very soon but I just wanted to get an idea of what is going on first because I do have to wait a little before I can go. Help?
