Tooth"ache"

Has anyone has odd feelings in one or more teeth at 7 DPO/3 weeks pg? My front tooth or two keep getting these weird surges of what feels like tooth sensitivity. Not necessarily "pain" just mild and annoying and uncomfortable. Curious if this is common or a sign... Thanks!!
