Help!!! I'm freaking out

Okay y'all two weeks ago I was at someone house and I took a shower in their bathroom. Well when I got in there that person had their stuff (razor, body wash and some more stuff I can't remember) scattered all over the shower floor and me being the nice person I am i pick it up because I didn't want to step over their stuff like that. Well a one week ago this person told someone that about a month ago they found out they have a sexually transmitted disease and when i found out i started freaking out because I just touch some of their personal stuff and just jump in the shower because we was running late. I guess the real question is, is their a chance I could have gotten some of the disease because I took a shower without washing my hands and used my hands to clean myself. (Because I didn't have my rag with me and don't like borrow other people)  I know this might be a stupid question but I don't even know what that person got so I can't even research about it. Please no mean comments
