How often do you shower?

I just realized, living in South Florida, I shower at least once a day, if not twice. This poll does NOT account for hair washing - that's a totally different topic. Please no hate for the ladies who shower less than you!
So, how often do you?

I try to shower daily but if I'm really depressed I just can't. That's one of the first things that helps me realize I'm depressed not just sad. And if I want to break the depression the first thing I do is shower even if I put on clean PJs & get back in bed.

I feel like you don't need to live in boiling climates to shower once a day, it's just general hygiene

i live in huuuuumid houston, texas and shower once a day, but always feel like i should shower twice. it's so gross. 😭😰
