Weight.
Okay, so I am 5'7, age 13 and in 8th grade.
I weigh 112.4 lbs.
I looked it up and it said that my ideal weight is supposedly like 126-133 or something close.
I can't bring myself to do anything to bring up my weight besides work out and build up muscle.
Is it bad that I'm underweight like that? Also it that a good way to bring up my weight somewhat? I plan on being in the Army or Air Force after HS. So I'm trying to plan ahead and be prepared.
Should I be doing other things to bring it up? Or continue pushing myself like this? ❓❓
