Would u consider this an infection or something more serious

So for the past few days my vagina been very red and it burns so much to the point that's really uncomfortable it's also a lil bit itchy I thought it could be the shampoo or anything else I've been using but nothing's really new and it's the same products I've always been using, my knickers are always clean but I'm trying to sleep without them now just so it can breath and hopefully help more the strange thing is it became itchy and the burn feeling out of nowhere. I've been cleaning it even better now cuz maybe it could be a bacteria or something but I'm worried
