Anyone else with a similar experience please comment!

So.... Here's my story. I found out I was pregnant on the 25th June (my birthday!) which was a lovely surprise after mc in April this year. The clear blue confirmed it saying I am 1-2 weeks pregnant. So early days, trying not to get too excited. Last week I had brown spotting along with some pinky spotting for 7days. No cramps, no clots. This Taylored off at the end of last week. Now glow is suggesting I'm 3wks and a couple of days however I'm super nervous, thinking am I still pregnant. I keep needing to wee a lot and haven't had anymore brown/pinkish blood. Anyone else have a similar experience to this? Got to go back for more blood tests next week to check HCG levels have gone up. I'm really worrying but have also figured the brown/pinkish spotting could of been implantation bleeding.
