Natural birth and UIGR

I am 30 almost 31 weeks pregnant and we just found out today that baby has UIGR. We are very concerned and are going for further tests in 3 days time...and I also found out that there's a big chance that I will be delivering naturally which I am freaking out over,my first child was by C-section and I was convinced up until today that my second baby will be delivered the same way. I have not prepared myself mentally or physically for natural labour...any advice on UIGR would be appreciated I just feel so left out knowone is telling me anything bout what is going on with th my baby...
