I need advise :'(

Okay ladies, this is my first time posting here. I usually just watch and comment.

After trying for 5 months I am eight weeks pregnant and everything possible is going wrong. My blood pressure is high, my hormone levels are acting stupid, and I am having the worst morning/all day sickness possible. This would be my bf first child (my 2nd). I have had blood taken once a week for the last couple of weeks. Ugh. I am so nervous but I don't really want to talk to my boyfriend about it because he is soooooooo excited. Every time I bring it up he just goes off into a positive rant. The doctor told me if things don't get better abortion is an option and my insurance will pay for it because of the circumstances. (She keeps telling me I can just try again.) I don't know what to do
