Sleeping advice?!

I'm 2 days away from 34 weeks and trying to sleep has become a nightmare. I've tried stretching before bed, surrounding myself in pillows and body pillows, a hot bath before bed all with no luck. I'm a small framed person and my stomach is currently bulging out on my sides from my ribcage which makes me toss and turn even with body pillows. Laying on my back is a no-no so that's a no go as well. I've asked my doctor and she just told me what I've already been trying. 
At this point I'd stand on my head for a decent sleep.
