Worried

I'm 37 weeks and still not dilating at all, been having some bad pelvic pain clear white discharge and back aches with contractions. The doctor seems not to be worried but I thought being that this is my 2nd things would move along faster. I don't wanna be induce.. Should I be worriedabout this ? Or having to have a c section?
