Vagasil

Can anyone tell me if vagasil is supposed to burn?? Im pretty sure I have a yeast infection and my doctor told me to use vagasil too soothe the symptoms along side the actual medicine. This is my first time ever having anything wrong down undaa, I've never used this product so I'm not sure if it supposed to feel like this or if it's just me.. should I be concerned or is this normal?
