Why do I want a baby 😭

Question

I'm only 16, and I REALLY want a baby for some odd reason... BUT don't worry bc I don't plan on having one bc ik babies cost a lot of money and that's something I don't have 😭
Just wondering though, is there anything I could do to like... NOT have "baby fever"? Bc my boyfriend and I have been having baby fever lately, and I wouldn't want us doing something dumb bc this 🙄

I had the same thing. But I met a guy got pregnant at 14 had my baby at 15 and now I'm 16 and she's 8 months old. And from experience I do NOT recommend it. The father of my baby left me when I was a month pregnant and never looked back even tho I saw him at school EVERYDAY and I did it on my own with no help what so ever only financially from my mom besides that I was on my own. It was a HARD process. Sometimes I had bad days where I just cried. But now as a single teen mom almost doing it on her own for almost a year. I can say she saw me for me and I love her to death and she's the only thing in this world that makes me happy. She's my beautiful baby girl. But as a teen mom to a normal teen. Don't do it.

I was and am exactly the same. It got really bad but I knew that being the best mother I could meant waiting until I could provide and you're also very mature for knowing this. I agree with a lot of others. I got a kitten and let her have kittens that I got to watch grow from birth and it helped so much. Now, they are my babies hehe.

I have a pic on my phone of a baby who has vomited in his mother's hair, I usually study that whenever I catch myself getting baby fever.

Start working at a day care or volunteer at the boy and girls club. They are older kids but itll change your mind real quick. Little brats and terrorists lol. It different when it your own kid of course but you know what i mean.

I went through that at your age- and I am so grateful I never acted on it. It's just your hormones and because you have reached sexual maturity your body has gone all 'natures way' on you. It will pass and you will wonder how at 16 you ever considered having a baby.

Yeah that would be a mistake since you are still young id say just think about your life ahead an not think on babies just yet you need a good life to support your future baby
