I'm not sure if there's already an option for this that I just haven't figured it out yet, but I think it would be great to report certain users, rather than simply their comments? Like if you stated why they were being reported if they were known to often be rude/spam/troll etc, and then have <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a>/Glow check them out.
