Bleeding/fibroids/cyst 8 weeks prego

So i went to the hospital yesterday cause I started to bleed heavily and I thought it was a mc. Then the doctors said baby was healthy and they dont know why i was bleeding and that it could be harmonal. So i noticed my left ovary had stabbing pain before i bled and last night that same side had tge same pain so i did research and i belive it was a fibroid that burst or cyst because ive had them in the past. The bleeding is down to spotting now anyone else going through this?
