Okay ladies i need opinions/advice

I never used protection with my ex . we had sex last 3 weeks ago just about ... I have 11 days til shark week & I've been feeling sick to my stomach , head aches , hip pain , fatigue & my body temp has been higher than normal & a few days ago I had unprotected sex while I was ovulating. I need advice asap !
