First US tomorrow freaking out

Last night I literally cried myself to sleep. I haven't really had any nausea yet like I did with my first so I'm so nervous! My symptoms are that I'm exhausted , occasional boob tenderness, once in a while some light cramping, side twinges every now and then , and lots of watery discharge. Should I be worried?!? I think I may have a nervous breakdown before I walk into the doctor's office tomorrow 😩
