Maybe??? Fingers crossed!!!

My fiance and I have been ttc for three years now and have pretty much figured out that we might need medical advice/help. We have never had a BFP yet. I only go by cm so far and this past month I had two days of massive amounts of ewcm never has happened before so BD alot. AF was due July 3rd nothing, 4-6 brown spotting nothing more and on and off all day not constant. I took a hpt on the 3rd and it was negative. Could this be my month ? Or am I just delusional? Should I test again? When?
