Cramps?

So I just got diagnosed last month with pcos and they put me on provera to make me have a period since I haven't had one in 7 months. Then I started clomid and I'm currently on CD 20 and got a solid smiley face on my ovulation test this morning. I'm having really bad cramp on my lower right side. I know I have a cyst the size of a tennis ball on my right ovary so I'm not sure if it's my cyst causing the pain or if it's because im ovulating. What do you guys think? Has anyone else experienced this?
