Hcg droped after rise?? Any advice

My hcg doubled from 39 on 11 dpo to 80 on 14 dpo . Today is 17 dpo and the value dropped to 70.. another point I want to add is that I have got it done at a different clinic this time.. gave my blood back at the old clinic... Waiting for the result... Im shocked... dono what to think

You could be having a miscarriage. My levels dropped and a few days later I started bleeding. Prayers that this doesn't happen to you
