Birth control options with no weight gain?
Hey ladies! Any recommendations for birth control options that don't cause weight gain and/or have low physical symptoms?
Bit of history: I have a delicate system and have to stay away from high hormone dosages. I've only used nuvaring in the past but stopped using it for a year and a half due to intense cramps. Was fantastic for convenience and didn't cause any weight gain, but I'm afraid to go back on any form of contraceptive for fear of any imbalance it may cause on my system.
