Protection

So I'm 19, and I've just had my second miscarriage and I've realized okay well if I had two miscarriages I wouldn't want another due to my health. I can't use latex I'm allergic to it. I don't want to do birth control pills/ bar because I'm a high risk of breast cancer and the stuff in those two protection cause highly trigger the cancer according to my doctor. So lady's I need help ??
