for anyone that takes birth control, do you feel it helps your skin at all??

multivitamins or prenatal vitamins help your skin. my mom takes prenatal vitamins even though shes way passed the possibility of getting pregnant. they help your skin, nails, and hair from what my mom tells me. i take a Women's Multivitamin but dont really see any change and i have been taking them for years now.
